PROJECT COORDINATOR

KANSAS CITY, MO

The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Client Experience Team working closely with Workplace Consultants,  Designers, Project Managers and our  product vendors. Strong attention to details in data entry, verification and time management including order entry, order verification, purchase order creation and distribution, internal communication of ship dates, accurate tracking, and ordering product for punch lists. The PC is integral in ensuring the profitability of the project by reviewing all product information received and sent for accuracy and paying attention to details confirming that all projects ship when requested and minimizing product arrival delays.

THE KANSAS CITY WORKING SPACES TEAM & SHOWROOM

  • Dynamic and fun team, currently 9 employees on staff in KC. You will also work with team members in several other locations. Everyone is a team player, with positive attitudes, and willingness to step in to help each other complete tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Showroom is located in the Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City, MO. The building is a historic building, with three floors, and we occupy the main floor with street level exposure. There is a patio on the roof that we have access to for ‘First Fridays’ and events. Across the street is the AIA headquarters, restaurants and an abundance of redevelopment activity going on in the area.
